Congratulations to Jason Vieaux on receiving the 2015 Grammy® Award for Best Classical Instrumental Solo Performance for his album Play. Jason is scheduled to appear at the Festival Sunday afternoon, April 26, at 3:00 pm.
Festival 2015 Guitar Orchestra
New to the Festival this year was our first Long Island Guitar Festival Guitar Orchestra for high school students and others, conducted by Alan Hirsh.
The Guitar Orchestra under the direction of Mr. Hirsh had two rehearsals and performed at Tilles Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, April 26.
