This year the LIGF Orchestra is scheduled to rehearse on Saturday, April 4 at 4:30 pm and Sunday, April 5 at 10 am. Its 2020 concert is scheduled for Sunday, April 5 at 1:30 pm.

In 2019 the LIGF Guitar Orchestra for high school students and others returned to the Festival for its fifth year, conducted by Alan Hirsh. The Orchestra met for two rehearsals then performed at the LIU Post Interfaith Center/Chapel on Sunday, April 14.
Guitar Orchestra repertoire for Festival 2019 included Three Recercatas by Diego Ortiz and arranged by Alan Hirsh and Antonio Vivaldi's Cello Concerto in D minor RV 406, arranged by Alan Hirsh.
